CT Man Arrested After Deceased Baby Found In Bag: State Police
Employees of a water department found the baby's body in a reservoir back in March.

HARWINTON, CT — A Bristol man arrested after a baby was found dead in a bag in Harwinton back in March, according to State Police. Benjamin R. Elderly, 21, was charged with conspiracy to commit concealment of deliver and the ill disposal of a dead body.
On March 21, Bristol Water Department employees found the body of an infant in a bag in a water treatment plant. Elderly was arrested as a result of the investigation.
Elderly was held on a $100,000 bond and was transported to Torrington Court Friday, according to state police.
The case remains under investigation, according to state police.
