A Danbury-based bank is looking within it own ranks to decide how best to serve its customers.
According to the Danbury News Times, the Union Savings Bank has developed what its calling an innovation center to focus on digital, payment and customer services.
Bank officials, the article said, want the innovation center teams to find out how the customers prefer to interact with the banking organization.
While key team members have already been selected from current employees, the News Times reported that about eight new employees will fill out the rest of the innovation center slots.
