Deep Sleep Meditation on June 8th at St. Stephen's
Come and experience the restorative benefits of Yoga Nidra - no experience necessary.

Joy Hoffman, a certified Yoga Nidra instructor who has taught throughout the U.S and abroad, will be leading a Deep Sleep Meditation session at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in North Hall from 7-8:15 pm.
This healing practice is good for anyone with disrupted sleep patterns, too much stress, and chronic inflammation. The public is welcome, no experience necessary, there are no yoga poses, one simply gets comfortable on the floor on your back or in a chair, and it is designed for all ages.
Deep Sleep Meditation uses breath, body, and awareness techniques that relax participants into deeper brain wave patterns. Because of its restorative effects in the body, mind, and spirit, one hour of this practice is comparable to 3-4 hours of sleep. You can bring a yoga mat or use one of ours, bring a pillow, blanket, an optional eye mask or washcloth, and perhaps a bolster for under your knees.
A $20 donation is requested. Parking is available in our parking lot behind the building and after entering the building, it is one flight up. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space and silence your phone.
