Developer Would Turn Tigers' Den into Apartments, Office Space

The Ridgefield restaurant closed in July after almost four years in business.​

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission has accepted an application to convert the former Tigers' Den restaurant into five apartments and an office, The Ridgefield Press is reporting. The application was accepted Tuesday, Oct. 9 and a public hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 4.

Sturges Properties has made the proposal. The developer purchased the property (23 and 23 1/2 Catoonah Street) in August. It includes the building that houses Consign Envy and Nancy O needlwork shop.
