On Monday, September 27, the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce will hold its 13th Annual Golf Outing and Luncheon in Danbury at beautiful Richter Park Golf Course, a new Ridgefield Chamber member. "This is a great opportunity to network, enjoy a day filled with fun and excitement and support the Chamber," said Marion Roth, the Chamber's Executive Director. Golfers will play in teams of four. Reservations are limited to 144 golfers and are due by Monday, September 20. The cost is $175 per golfer, and registration for a team of four is $700. The player fee includes course fee, practice tee and green, cart, continental breakfast, lunch, and player gift bag.
Breakfast will be provided at 7:30, and an optional 8:00 session with the pro is also available, followed by a shotgun start at 9:00. The 1 o'clock lunch takes place at Café on the Green, which was recently rated one of America's top Italian restaurants by Zagat. The restaurant overlooks the 18th green and 10th fairway. Awards, prizes, and raffle winners will be announced at the luncheon. Prizes include a car for a Hole-in-One, the use of a car for the weekend, Pro Shop dollars, individual prizes for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, and Men's Team and Women's Team prizes for best score. Raffle tickets are three for $10; 10 for $20; or 30 for $50. Players may purchase single mulligans for $10 or $20 for three. Not a golfer?
