Enter to Win a FREE Session with a Personal Trainer

Ridgefield Parks & Recreation now offers personal training.  Start working one-on-one with a trainer and you’ll receive a comprehensive lifestyle plan which will include guidance in cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, flexibility enhancement, and proper nutrition.  Personal training is available exclusively to Recreation Center members.  One hour or thirty minute sessions will help you to bring your workouts to the next level.  Semiprivate sessions are also available for members looking to get fit with a friend.  “A trainer’s role is to help guide, support, and motivate the client to reach attainable goals,” explained John Connolly, a certified personal trainer at Ridgefield Parks & Recreation.

To celebrate personal training now being available at the Recreation Center, you are invited to enter in a drawing to win a free one hour session with a trainer.  Please send your entry to recinfo@ridgefieldct.org.  No purchase is necessary and you must be 16 years of age or over to enter.  There is a limit of one entry per person.

Ridgefield Parks & Recreation is your active partner in community, wellness, and fun.  For more information, please visit www.RidgefieldParksAndRec.org or call (203) 431-2755.
