Ridgefield Parks & Recreation in collaboration with Foundation for Wellness Professionals is offering a Wellness Day on September 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is part of the Wellness Education Series at the Recreation Center and is free for Recreation Center members and $10 for non-members.
Foundation for Wellness Professionals, a nonprofit organization, will be performing the following health screenings: blood pressure testing, PH balance and environmental toxicity testing through one’s saliva, spinal check for old injuries and subluxations causing nerve damage, sports chiropractic screening for shoulder and elbow complaints, and kinesio taping for muscle stimulation.
