To celebrate being named Studio of the Month by lululemon athletica, The Pilates Barre instructors will teach their ultra-popular Fusion class in the lululemon athletica store located at 91 Main Street in Westport. This one-hour session is open to the public and will borrow from the disciplines of both Pilates and Barre technique to provide a total-body workout.
