Main Street Historical Walking Tour

Jack Sanders, editor of the Ridgefield Press and author of several books on the history of Ridgefield, will lead this walking tour of Historic Main Street.  The two-mile walk covers both sides of Main Street, south of Town Hall to Wilton Road West.  It will focus on the history and lore of the buildlings, and the people who lived and worked there over the past three centuries.  Participants will be able to see old photos and compare them to today's scenes.  The tour is wheelchair accessible and is open to adults and older teenagers.  The program has limited space - registration is highly recommended.
