Moving Into the Further Limbs of Yoga

In this workshop you will explore how to deepen your yoga practice as we journey through the physical stability of the body, to the mental balance of the mind, to the ease of inner grace. Basil Jones and Lisa Jones invite you to this workshop that begins with an overview of Dharana (building concentration) and Dhyana (meditative absorption) that leads directly into a contemplative yoga sequence designed and led by Basil Jones. The practice session will be followed up with a discussion of several meditation techniques and a guided healing meditation by Lisa Jones. All levels welcome, appropriate asana options will be offered for where you are at in your practice.
