Yoga for Kids (age 5-7)

This class encourages self-expression as children play their way through poses that imitate animals, shapes and nature. Children build strength and body awareness while releasing lots of energy. Breathing techniques are presented in a way that is kid-friendly and fun, giving even the youngest yogis useful strategies for increasing focus and decreasing stress. This class is designed for kids age 5-7. Class is 45 minutes. Pre-registration is required. 4 sessions for $50.
