This class builds a foundation for a Power Yoga practice. Children build strength and flexibility as they learn more physically challenging postures and are introduced to flowing sequences. Breathing techniques and "mini meditation" exercises are presented in a playful way, giving tweens skills that can be applied toward everyday situations. Class is designed for kids age 8-11.
