Finance Colleague: Rettger for BOF

Ridgefield needs Rettger's steady financial hand

Dear Ridgefield Patch Readers,

I have been a resident of Ridgefield for some 35 years. With the very important upcoming elections now less than two weeks away, I wanted to raise my virtual voice to the Editor of the Press and to you my fellow Ridgefielders. I particularly want to express my full throated support for the candidacy and reelection of Mike Rettger to the Ridgefield Board of Finance.

During my years in Ridgefield I‘ve had the privilege of knowing and working with many officials of this wonderful town. Of all these dedicated, hard working, volunteer public servants, Mike Rettger stands out as one of the very best and brightest.

During these particularly challenging and uncertain financial times, Ridgefield needs a steady hand and moreover a clear headed, enlightened and experienced business mind to help steer the town's fiscal course.

Mike's extensive corporate financial experience, in addition to his many accomplishments on town Boards and Committees, make him uniquely qualified for Ridgefield's Board of Finance.

To be honest, I am a bit biased because in addition to observing the tireless and highly skilled work that Mike has done for our town, I also had the privilege of working alongside Mike for some 30 years for one of the most highly regarded financial institutions in the country. I am in a unique position having observed Mike’s consummate, financial and management skills on display in both public and private settings.

So, I strongly encourage you all to VOTE on November 4th and help keep Mike Rettger on the Ridgefield Board of Finance.

Sincerely,

Chris Fallon
