Former model Sami Torrealba has opened Fitness by Sami offering customized personal training in suite 206 at 90 Grove Street in Ridgefield, Conn. Torrealba is a certified person trainer.
Prior to opening his own studio, Sami Torrealba held the position of Personal Training Manager at Club 24, in Ridgefield, LA Fitness in Stamford, Conn., and Crunches in New York City. Born in Venezuela, Torrealba was the face and body of FJ Jeans and represented the United States in a series of modeling competitions in the Dominican Republic. In 2008, he preformed pre-race sports massage on competitors for the prestigious Disney World Marathon in Orlando, Fla.
Says Sami, “What makes Fitness by Sami unique is that we customize exercise programs with or without equipment that means clients can train in our studio or in their own homes…whatever is more convenient. We also offer nutritional consultations and lifestyle guidance. We can help clients get fit and maintain a vigorous, healthy lifestyle by building muscle, losing weight and toning up.” Sami offers “ in-your-home” training.
