Golf Performance Center Acquires Stonehenge Inn in Ridgefield
The new plans for the property call for a golf academy and boarding school
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Golf academy and boarding school The Golf Performance Academy on Route 7 has acquired the former Stonehenge property in Ridgefield, the Ridgefield Press is reporting.
The new plans for the property call for a golf academy and boarding school that would combine academics and athletics for high school age students. The new property will also serve as a lounge for Golf Performance Center’s adult members.
The inn, which first opened in 1946, has been dormant since 2017 when it closed after the death of its owner a year earlier.
