Joy Ride of Ridgefield Seeking General Manager

Job details are as follows:

Overview: General manager needed to take on the day-to-day
operations of a boutique spin studio. Seeking someone with management experience, high energy, a “can do” attitude and excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive top notch customer service - greeting customers at check in, trouble shooting any customer service issues and facilitating on site transactions, making proactive outreach calls to existing customers
- Manage front desk staff on a daily basis and in charge of arranging and communicating weekly employee schedule
- Monitor merchandise sales, inventory and re-ordering
- Help maintain studio order and cleanliness including washing and folding towels, wiping down bikes, keeping bulletin boards and chalk board schedules up to date

Experience/Skills:
- Must have 3-5 years of prior management experience in either a
fitness studio, retail or restaurant
- Excellent computer proficiency, ability to pick up POS systems
quickly and easily
- Customer service experience - troubleshooting issues on the spot with customers in a friendly manner, experience with membership retention and satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must have outgoing, friendly and
have a joyful disposition
- Must be a “morning” person - shifts can start as early as 5:00am! Will work some weekends.
