Our Ridgefield Real Estate Report: Mid-Year Market Review is out! As we pass the midpoint of 2025, Ridgefield’s real estate market for Single Family Homes continues to show resilience and adaptability. When compared to Mid Year 2024, Units Sales are up 2%, despite low inventory. Both Median and Average Sales Prices are up considerably, demonstrating confidence and desirability.

Q2 has been marked by increased listing activity, solid buyer demand, and a more balanced pace
compared to the frenetic markets of recent years. Buyers who had been on the sidelines are re-entering the market. We also continue to see movement with current Ridgefield residents choosing to either upsize or downsize. As many areas of the US are experiencing lower than anticipated sales, Fairfield County continues to thrive, proving Real Estate is extremely local.
