Marty Heiser Introduced as RTC Endorsed Candidate for the BOS

RTC Candidate Announcement

Along with a crowd of friends, the Ridgefield Republican Town Committee introduced Marty Heiser as our unanimously endorsed candidate for the open BOS seat.

Marty served on the Board of Finance for 24 years and as Chairman for 9 years. Some of his notable achievements were his involvement with the Bundle, public-private initiatives such as Tiger Hollow, The Prospector Theater, The Playhouse and Tiger Baseball Park. Marty is very involved with our community and serves on the Boards of the Ridgefield Boys and Girls Club and Young Life Regional. He is the owner and operator of Service Unlimited. Marty has lived in Town for over 35 years with his wife Caroline. His 3 children, now adults, all attended Ridgefield Public Schools. In his spare time, Marty has a local access cable television show and enjoys refereeing hockey at the youth, Prep and Public high school, College and Pro levels.

Marty’s experience is desperately needed to help shepherd our Town through the multitude of challenges ahead. Whether it’s the new Safety Building, RPS Master Plan, upcoming changes to the Form of Government or the maintenance of our Town buildings and roads, Marty is the right person to help secure Ridgefield’s future. Please consider sending a note of support to the BOS (torfirstselectperson@ridgefieldct.gov), your voice is needed now more than ever. Ridgefield needs Marty Heiser to be our next BOS member.
