Max Michael Rosenfield Foundation Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Fabulous Triple Play!

It is time for our 10th Annual Max Michael Rosenfield Foundation Book Drive! Please join us during Fall in Love with Ridgefield on Saturday, October 11, 2025 10:00AM – 4:00PM in front of Books on the Common at 404 Main Street in Ridgefield.
For every new book donated, the foundation will match and all books will be gifted to Family & Children’s Aid. We can’t do this without you! Please help us share Max’s joy of reading with more deserving children! Over the past ten years, we have donated thousands of books to Family & Children’s Aid, thanks to the Ridgefield community’s generous support.
AND “MAX MIX! “ is back! Help us celebrate our 10th Annual Book Drive with a custom designed homemade scoop of vanilla ice cream loaded with M&M’s and Kit Kat’s! The Max Michael Rosenfield Foundation & Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe Present... SCOOPS FOR BOOKS OCTOBER 1st - 31st 2025. For every scoop of “Max Mix!” sold, the Foundation will purchase a NEW book from Books on the Common and donate it to children in need at Family & Children’s Aid.
To complete our triple play, dine out at 850 Degrees on Saturday, October 11th between noon and 5 PM! Let your server know you’re celebrating MAX‘s foundation and they will donate 10% of the proceeds to The Max Michael Rosenfield Foundation.

Max was an ambassador of friendship, a champion of making sure no one was ever excluded and a teacher in lessons of the heart. Max brought passion to everything he did whether it was playing sports, reading or collecting soda tops to raise money for charity.
To say that Max had a deeper understanding of life than most is an understatement. In honor of the way Max lived his life, the Max Michael Rosenfield Foundation is committed to helping children of all abilities experience childhood joys; to nurture philanthropic activities that positively impact the lives of children and to spread the goodwill and love that Max showed to everyone he met.
