Muse Squad Brings Imagination to Life This Fall with New Courses at Ridgefield Parks & Recreation
Ridgefield, CT — September 2025 — This fall, Muse Squad invites young people to step into the world of imagination and storytelling.
Ridgefield, CT — September 2025 — This fall, Muse Squad invites young people to step into the world of imagination and storytelling with two brand-new creative writing courses at the Ridgefield Parks & Recreation Center.
● Last Of My Kind (Ages 8–12): Inspired by Peter S. Beagle’s beloved classic The Last Unicorn, this course empowers participants to explore themes of uniqueness, bravery, and magic. Students will dive into the story’s characters and themes while building their own creative projects through writing and presentation.
● Wonderland (Ages 13+): Tailored for teens, this course takes participants deep into Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Through interactive storytelling, creative writing, and collaborative activities, teens will explore ideas of curiosity, identity, and self-discovery while re-imagining Wonderland in their own voices.
Both programs are designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and collaboration in a welcoming and supportive environment. Muse Squad’s unique approach blends literature with hands-on projects, helping students see themselves as storytellers and creators.
