Nod Hill Brewery in Ridgefield to Stay Open Longer

RIDGEFIELD, CT --- The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a special permit application by Nod Hill Brewery on last week. The new permit will allow the establishment to expand its hours of operation from Thursday, Fridays and weekend evenings to Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Fridays 12 to 9 p.m., Saturdays 12 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 5 p.m.

The commission also approved the expansion of the brewery by an additional 228 square feet of seating room in the form of a 12- by 13-foot deck added on to the existing loading dock area.
