Paddyfote Named Interim Ridgefield Superintendent, Again
Paddyfote, who served in the same capacity from July 2018 through February 2019, will be filling in for Dr. William Collins.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Board of Education has named Dr. JeanAnn Paddyfote as interim superintendent.
Paddyfote, who served in the same capacity from July 2018 through February 2019, will be filling in for Dr. William Collins. Collins left on medical leave in May. On Monday, the schools announced that Collins' absence would be longer than the "four to six weeks" he indicated in a May 15 email to parents.
Collins took over the job from took over the job from Paddyfote following the tenure of Dr. Robert Miller, the district's director of technology, who served as interim school chief from April through June of last year following the resignation of Dr. Karen Baldwin.
