Ridgebury Farm Fête To Honor Lessley Burke And Anne Rudick-Lowe
Ridgebury Farm's fifth annual Farm Fête will honor Lessley Burke and Anne Rudick-Lowe.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Ridgebury Farm will hold its fifth annual Farm Fête on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Ridgebury Farm, with Lessley Burke and Anne Rudick-Lowe scheduled to be honored, according to the Ridgebury Farm Board of Directors.
The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. The board said Burke and Rudick-Lowe will be recognized for their service, leadership and commitment to Ridgebury Farm and its mission.
The fundraiser will include food by Chef Paulie G, an open bar, live music by Band Central, dancing, an auction and a presentation about Ridgebury Farm’s work and plans, according to the release.
Proceeds will support Ridgebury Farm’s therapeutic, educational and nature-based programs for children, adults and families in the region. The farm’s programs include equine-assisted therapies, mental health services, nature-based learning and inclusive community programming, according to the release.
“The Farm Fête is a celebration of everything our community has helped Ridgebury Farm accomplish over the past five years, and an investment in everything still to come,” the Ridgebury Farm Board of Directors said in the release. “This year, we are especially proud to recognize Lessley Burke and Anne Rudick-Lowe for their extraordinary dedication to Ridgebury Farm. Their leadership, generosity, and belief in our mission have helped strengthen the organization and expand its impact throughout the community.”
The Ridgebury Farm Board of Directors includes Katy Schermann, Robert Zink, Ian Schermann, Lori Berisford, Danielle Edwardson, Anne Rudick-Lowe, Laura Worosz, Lessley Burke, Josh Young and Kyle Olson.
Event sponsors include Four Seasons Racquet Club, Manfredi Jewels, MINI of Darien, Trillium Architects, Band Central, 068 Magazine, Chef Paulie G and Bedford New Canaan Magazine, according to the release.
