RIDGEFIELD, CT — A Ridgefield man has been charged with child pornography offenses in federal court.
Nicholas Skirkanich, 43, appeared in Bridgeport Superior Court Thursday, charged by federal criminal complaint with possession of child pornography. He was released on a $150,000 bond to home detention under electronic monitoring.
