RIDGEFIELD, CT — A Ridgefield resident was struck by a car and killed while crossing a street in Portland, Maine.
Cynthia Karst, 66, was crossing Franklin Street at the intersection of Congress Street when she was struck by a car driven by a 36-year-old man from Portland. The accident occurred on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 7:30 p.m.
No charges have yet been filed, according to a report from the Portland Police Department.
