Ridgefield Police and Deborah Ann's Invites Locals to 'Cops & Cones'

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Forget coffee and doughnuts, Ridgefield cops all scream for ice scream! Deborah Ann's Sweet Shoppe and the Ridgefield Police Department are joining forces to present the new "Cops & Cones" program.

On Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. officers will be at Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe, located at 381 Main Street, to answer questions, enjoy some delicious sweets and treats and interact with the Ridgefield community.

A Ridgefield police car will be on display for aspiring young officers and police will have goodies to hand out to the kids. Deborah Ann’s will offer a discount on ice cream cones during the event. So save room for dessert Wednesday and come learn about the Ridgefield Police Department helps make our community a great one.
