RIDGEFIELD, CT — The students may be thinking real hard about spring break, but the school district is focusing upon its hiring efforts, with several jobs it is looking to fill.
It's important to note that these positions are either vacant or mandated by the state or federal government.
The school system is not adding new positions to the budget. Over the past decade, school districts have been reducing positions as enrollment has continued to drop across the state and county.
