MOUNT KISCO, NY — A Ridgefield, Connecticut resident was charged with Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor, after he returned to a store where he had allegedly shoplifted the day before.
Staff at Rite-Aid in Mount Kisco contacted Westchester County police to report that a man who stole a bag of cashews valued at $7.99 a day earlier was in the store again.
Dominic Jesuthsan, 22, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor; booked at the county police precinct on Green Street; and released pending an April 11 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.
