Ridgefield’s 10th Annual Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off Will Be Biggest Yet

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Like the gourds it measures, this year's Pumpkin Weigh-Off has gotten even bigger.

Attendees at Ridgefield’s 10th Annual Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off on Sunday will enjoy not just enormous pumpkins but more musical entertainment, live animals, food, farm stands, and children's activities than ever before.

Festivities, organized by the Connecticut Giant Pumpkin Growers Club, will run 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Ballard Park at 485 Main St., and the event is free and open to the public.
