Greenwich defeated the Ridgefield boys tennis team 6-1 Monday. The Cardinals improved to 9-1 while the Tigers dropped to 8-2. The results:

SINGLES: Tyler Kratky (G) def. Zach Passman,  6-0, 6-1; Andrew Blumberg (G) def. Arnaud Valentin,  6-2, 7-5;  Blake Niehaus (G) def. Jordan Kucha,  6-2, 6-1; Ari Cepelewicz (G) def. Andrew Pollack,  6-2, 6-0; Tommy Knartz (R) def. Mike Mannion, 6-2, 6-0.
