Ridgefield's Boehringer Ingelheim to Cut Hundreds of Jobs: Report
More than 700 employees of the Ridgefield-Danbury pharmaceutical company will be let go due to "organizational restructuring."
Ridgefield, CT — Boehringer Ingelheim has cut 725 positions in the U.S., including 50 in Connecticut, as part of their "organizational restructuring,"The News Times reports.

Most of the 50 jobs eliminated in Connecticut be from their Ridgefield headquarters, the paper reported.
Boehringer Ingelheim sits on a 300-acre campus on Ridgebury Road in Ridgefield and Danbury.
