Ridgefield's Toscana Restaurant Listed For Sale

The Danbury Road eatery was bought in 2011 by Giovanni and Florio Rraci

RIDGEFIELD, CT - Popular Ridgefield eatery Toscana Ristorante has been listed for sale by its surviving owner, reports the News-Times.

The restaurant, located on Danbury Road, was bought in 2011 by Giovanni and Florio Rraci, but Florio was killed in an automobile accident in January 2015 in North Salem, NY. Giovanni Rraci has been running the restaurant ever since.

Listing price for the restaurant is $685,000, writes the News-Times. The business generates $1.6 million in annual revenue, and payroll is $32,000 per month. Not included is a long-term lease that totals $12,000 per month.
