UPDATE (Found): Silver Alert Issued For Missing Ridgefield Teen
Police have located a teenager missing from Ridgefield.
12:50 p.m. Update: Shane Maksel was found in Wilton Wednesday and is safe, according to Ridgefield Police Capt. Jeff Kreitz.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — A local teenager has gone missing, prompting police to issue a silver alert. Shane Maksel, 17, was last seen on Aug. 15.
He was last seen wearing tan work boots, blue jeans, a duck dynasty shirt with the words "happy happy happy" on it. He stands five-feet-six inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has Auburn hair and brown eyes.
