Summer Isn't Over Just Yet: 7-Day Forecast

The National Weather Service forecast has a very similar theme to it.

We can save you some time with this back-to-work and school week weather forecast.

It can be summed up in one sentence. For the next seven days, which runs through the end of Sunday, and as of right now, we’re looking at essentially nothing but sunshine and temps around 80 degrees for the entire state of Connecticut, according to the National Weather Service.

Weather.com does say there is a slight chance of evening showers next Sunday.

That’s it. So the rain we had over the past few days was likely a good thing as there is essentially no rain in the forecast for awhile, and it’s clear that summer is holding on for awhile longer.

We do know summer is starting to begin to fade into fall by the chillier mornings as temps will be in the upper 50s Tuesday morning, but even that will rise into the low 60s for the rest of the week.

And as we know weather forecasts can change quickly but if next weekend’s forecast holds it’s great weather to attend various fall festivals in the state and of course, the Big E gets going too.
