Truck Abandoned in Ridgefield, Multi-agency Search Ensued
Police found a key in the ignition, a passenger door open and windows rolled down.

An abandoned vehicle prompted a multi-agency search for its driver Tuesday in Ridgefield.
Police said the pickup truck was found abandoned, with one passenger door open, windows rolled down and a key in the ignition around 3:15 p.m. on Bennetts Farm Road, west of Route 7, according to an article in the Danbury News-Times.
Items of value were also left inside the truck.

The driver, who was found safe about four hours later, was identified as a Saranac, NY, resident, about whom his family and co-workers were concerned.
The News-Times reported the 34-year-old was seen leaving a cab next to his truck around 7 p.m.
