EAST LYME, CT — This weekend's open houses include a direct-waterfront cottage at Hawk's Nest Beach in Old Lyme, three homes on one lot in Giants Neck Heights, four newly converted Bay Point condos near the Niantic boardwalk and a new home with Long Island Sound views on Pumpkin Grove.

Twenty-seven homes in Lyme, East Lyme and Old Lyme are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25, with prices from $269,000 to $1,799,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 24

Five listings on Twin Valley Road in Riverside Reserve, an EG Home community of 22 homes on a wooded cul-de-sac, are open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: a finished model and four to-be-built plans. The HOA fee is $42 a month.

1 Twin Valley Road, East Lyme, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (also Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), $1,442,995.
