Olley Court opened in 2007 at 418 Main Street as a home décor boutique, and this past year owners Susan Buzaid and Robin Curnan expanded their space to include jewelry from around the globe, colorful beach totes, leather hand bags from Italy and casual clothing. The store also showcases work from local artists, such as mixed media paintings, pottery and scarves. Olley Court provides a complete range of interior decorating and staging services, although that was not in their original plan. “Our intention was to be in the retail end only, but many customers asked us to make their homes ‘as interesting as the store,’” Ms. Buzaid said. “Thus the decorating end of our business began.” Ms. Curnan added: “We have a great selection of wall papers and fabrics not seen in our area, and we love to search for the ultimate object to complete a room.” A recent visit to Olley Court found gifts for every occasion, starting at $20: nesting trays, candles, pillows, alpaca and cashmere throws, serving pieces, jewelry by Miguel Ases and Dana Kellin and one-of-a-kind jewelry from Istanbul. As Ms. Curnan said: “The design world is ever evolving, and so is Olley Court.”
