Consider arriving at 11:30 AM and carpooling if you can.
Upon arrival, pick up your registration bag, a program booklet, poker chip for lunch and prize ticket, including a surprise Pink ticket to be redeemed at the Prospector Exhibit Table in the Gym.
Lunch and music will be in the Charter Oak Room from 12:00 - 2:30 PM.
The Exhibits will be located in the Gym from 12 - 4 PM. There are many interesting exhibitors who want to meet you.
Prizes will be announced in the Gym every hour on the hour and the winners' names will also appear on display at the Reception Area. You need not be present to claim your prize. To be eligible you must have had filled in a prize ticket, with legible information.
Our expert speaker series commences at 12:30 PM in the Maple & Pine Rooms. We urge you to attend some of the sessions which last 30 minutes.
