• P&Z Skeptical of Alpha School's Proposed Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up at 20 East Elm Street (greenwichfreepress.com) — Greenwich's Planning & Zoning Commission is questioning whether a proposed Alpha School at 20 East Elm Street can safely manage student drop-off and pick-up using nearby municipal lots. Commissioners compared it to other shared-parking schools, including a Christian academy behind a Catholic church in Riverside, and urged the applicant to resolve traffic and parking concerns before submitting a full application.
