CT Lottery Officials Reveal Where $1M Powerball Ticket Was Sold

Connecticut Lottery officials have revealed where a $1 million Powerball ticket was sold.

ROCKY HILL, CT — Connecticut Lottery officials have revealed where a winning Powerball ticket worth a cool 1 million bucks was sold — Prospect.

The drawing was Saturday and the ticket was sold at the Prospect Smoke Shop on Waterbury Road in Prospect, according to the CT Lottery officials.

The winner has not yet come forward but has 180 days to claim the prize. That deadline puts the expirartion date at April 18, 2019.

The ticket matched five numbers — 16, 54, 57, 62 and 69. The Powerball number was 23.

A ticket from the same Powerball drawing has a $100,000 payout after matching four numbers and the Powerball, CT Lottery officials said.

The drawing produced 50,090 winners, according to CT Lottery officials.
