Frontier Announces New Area General Manager for Greater Hartford

Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR) today announced the appointment of Debra Zampano as Area General Manager for the company’s Hartford Connecticut Region. This is the largest region in the company’s headquartered state of Connecticut and a key strategic market in the 28 states in which the company operates.

In this key role, Zampano will be responsible for every aspect of the business and customer experience; including provision of broadband, voice services and video including FrontierTV and Frontier Secure as well as data security solutions. She will provide leadership to the Hartford Region team on the development and implementation of business, sales and marketing strategies; field operations, engaging employees and key community stakeholders.

Prior to joining Frontier, Zampano held leadership positions with United Technologies Corporation; Carrier Corporation and Sikorsky Aircraft divisions. Her most recent executive positions at Sikorsky Aircraft included Program Director, Director and Military Programs and Director, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.

Zampano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven. She graduated from Fairfield University with dual Master of Science degrees in Finance and Management of Technology. She also has a rich history of providing volunteer support and services to community and national organizations.
