Robbers Hit Rocky Hill Gas Station; Police Search For Suspects

Police are investigating after two suspects robbed a Rocky Hill gas station Tuesday morning.

ROCKY HILL, CT — Police are investigating the robbery of a gas station early Tuesday morning, according to a police statement. The robbery occurred at the Cumberland Farms on Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill at around 3:40 a.m.

The suspects reportedly stole cigarettes and a cash register. One woman and one man were involved.

During the incident the clerk was pushed down to the floor sustaining minor injuries, according to police.

Police described the suspect as a white female about 5 feet tall and a light Hispanic male about 5'10", thin, dressed in all black with black face mask and gloves.

The incident is still under investigation.
