Police say the motive for both crimes remain unclear and open and that both investigations are active and ongoing.

Detectives have evidence to directly connect these two shootings. Accordingly, the suspect depicted in the video is a person of interest and he is possibly the shooter.

According to police, the suspect vehicle is likely a black Nissan Maxima - as seen in the video. The suspect - as seen in the video - is likely a light skin black or Hispanic male with the grey hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, and the on and off baseball hat.

If a member of the public locates this vehicle or suspect, police say do not approach, as the suspect appears to have violent tendencies.
