The Branch manager is responsible for the direct overall management of all licensed clinical, financial and marketing services for the home care branch. Responsibilities include field and staffing operations, coordination and case management of client care, staff orientation and education. The Branch Director ensures quality of care, employee participation, and customer responsiveness in accordance with approved policies, standards, plans and objectives. Will function as the Supervisor of Clinical Services. This candidate will report to the DON/Administrator.

REQUIREMENTS: Connecticut
Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years clinical experience. Previous home care experience is required. Demonstrated supervisory and management level responsibility.
