Lottery HQ Closed on Labor Day, Some High-Claim Centers Still Open

Big CT Lottery winners will have a limited ability to claim prizes on Labor Day.

ROCKY HILL, CT – The Connecticut Lottery Headquarters in Rocky Hill will be closed on Monday — Labor Day — in observance of Labor Day. officials said.

The CT Lottery website, social media pages, and automated phone system will be still be available to obtain information, officials said.

Regularly scheduled lottery drawings will occur, officials said.

Winning Lottery tickets for prizes up to $599 can be validated and cashed at any CT Lottery retailer open on that day, officials said.

Some High-Tier Claim Centers will be able to cash CT Lottery prizes up to $5,000, officials said.

  • Crossroads Card & Gift, Norwalk — 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • DADA Grocery, Waterbury — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Sully’s Mobil, New London — 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The High-Tier Claim Center at C & A Market in West Haven will be closed on Monday along with the CT Lottery Headquarters, officials said.
