
ROCKY HILL, CT - The local 911 system was down Wednesday morning.
Rocky Hill police attributed it to technical problems and said calls are being rerouted to the Cromwell Police Department until the problem is fixed.
Technicians were working on the problem and the system was expected to be up and running again by 10 a.m., a dispatcher said.
