Single Winning Lotto Ticket Sold in New London County For $5.6 Million Connecticut Drawing

ROCKY HILL, CT – Last Friday night’s $5.6 million Lotto jackpot was won on a single winning ticket sold in New London County, Connecticut Lottery officials said.

The winning Lotto numbers drawn on Oct. 20 were 5 – 8 – 16 – 26 – 32 – 37.

In total, 6,194 winning Lotto tickets were sold for that date, with prizes ranging from $2 to $5.6 million, lottery officials said.

The $5.6 million jackpot win marks the second time this year that a jackpot winning ticket was sold in Lotto, officials said. It's Connecticut’s longest-running jackpot game.

The overall chance of winning a prize in Lotto is 1 in 39.3, official said. The chance of winning the jackpot is 1 in approximately 7.1 million, officials said.

Players have 180 Calendar Days or until April 18, 2018 to claim the winning ticket.
