• Salisbury voters approve $113,000 for Holley Place cleanup (lakevillejournal.com) — Salisbury voters have approved up to $113,000 from a local repayment fund to clean up oil-contaminated soil at the Holley Place affordable housing site in Lakeville, allowing work to resume on 14 planned apartments. The money comes from repaid Small Cities home-rehab loans that Salisbury now must use for affordable housing, and officials haven’t yet said if the cleanup will delay the 2027 opening.
