• Seymour Ethics Board Meets For Fourth Time Over Undisclosed Complaint (newhavenindependent.org) — Seymour's Board of Ethics has now met four times in closed session over a confidential complaint involving a town official, with no action taken yet and another meeting planned. The dispute appears tied to ongoing tensions between Red Clover Farms and neighbor Al Bruno over land-use rules and agritourism, highlighting how ethics, zoning, and farm operations are intersecting in town government.
