2 Men Fired Guns After Night Out, Both Get Arrested: Shelton PD
A night on the town ended with two men firing off their guns for fun from a moving car, police said.
SHELTON, CT — Two men were arrested after a night out at area bars ended with them firing off several rounds from a moving vehicle in Shelton, according to police.
Police got several reports of shots fired in the area of Willoughby Road and Independence Drive on Jan. 22 around 11:30 p.m., said Detective Richard Bango, police spokesman.
Police recently arrested Michael White, 31, of Seymour and Kennthan Banks, 27, of Shelton. Police seized registered firearms from the two and additionally seized an unregistered and banned assault weapon from White, Bango said.

Both are charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace. White was also charged with illegal possession of an assault weapon.
Both were released on bond.
